Conference "Equipping students and graduates for the labour market – The role of LMO"

Hanoi University (HANU) hosted the final dissemination conference of the LAB-MOVIE project on 17 October 2023, with the participation of the other Vietnamese and European partners.

The dissemination event focused on the topic Equipping students and graduates for the labour market – The role of LMO, and counted with student and business representatives.

69 students of Hanoi University and 13 tourism companies' representatives attended the conference.

Representatives of the partner universities presented the  Local Market Observatory, including results and surveys carried out in  the three economic sectors: tourism, agri-food and IT. Afterwards student and business representatives who used the platform, gave their suggestions, underlining  that the use and dissemination of the tool can bring positive effects to businesses in recruiting quality staff. Among the recommendations from the students, there is the expectation that the platform can be  enriched with more economic sectors job profiles descriptions.
